The production of high-performance WPC flooring begins with carefully selected raw materials. Zhensure uses a precise blend of fine wood flour (80-100 mesh poplar wood), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and eco-friendly additives. The wood flour is thoroughly dried at high temperatures to remove moisture and microorganisms, preventing bubbling and core cracking. Our HDPE is non-toxic, odorless, and offers excellent weather resistance, fully encapsulating the wood fibers for enhanced durability. Additives such as coupling agents, lubricants, and UV stabilizers are calibrated to optimize performance.
The measured raw materials—HDPE, wood flour, and additives—are mixed uniformly and fed into an advanced pelletizing machine. Under controlled heat and pressure, the mixture is melted and extruded into fine WPC pellets. These pellets are cooled gradually to stabilize their properties, ensuring consistency and smooth processing in subsequent stages.
The WPC pellets are fed into an extrusion machine, which melts and molds them into deck profiles under precise temperature and pressure. Zhensure offers multiple surface design options:
